When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order details.

How we use your information

We use this information to process and deliver your orders, manage your account, and provide customer support. We may use your contact details to reach you about your orders.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing. We only use it to run our store and fulfil your orders, and we may share it when required by law.

Payments

Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery or bKash. We do not collect card or bank details in the app.

Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal details from our store. Some order records may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

How to delete your account

You can delete your Hobinh account and personal data at any time, directly in the app.

Open the Hobinh app → go to Account → tap Delete account → confirm.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and personal details (name, email address, phone number, and delivery address) from our store. For legal and accounting reasons, records of past orders may be kept for a limited period and are then deleted.

If you are unable to use the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@hobinh.com from your registered email address.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
